I totally agree with you - it's a balance between what you eat, how much you eat and how much exercise you get. You can stay thin with little to no exercise by eating right (a couple of my friends). You will stay fat if you eat too much, or the wrong foods, but get lots of exercise (a fitness instructor I know). But medications will also affect your weight (a friend on Tamoxofin sp?).
Had a beautiful day of snowy fog. Drove to the city. It was sunny. Came home, foggy. Went for a run, and came home with frost on my eyelashes.
Got your 9c worth out of them!
I have a small stash of boxes (small, mind you!)
"Blowin' in the Wind", "Where Have All the Flowers Gone?" I actually know those! My grade 5 teacher made us sing them!
love the cookie description!
I get sick of things I like too, especially when I HAVE to do it. Sometimes taking a break works.
I don't watch sitcoms anymore, but I used to love them when I was younger. I tried a few times to watch Big Bang, but I just can't get into it. I loved Friends, Three's Company, Who's the Boss and a few others I can't remember. Other were too stupid, Home Improvement, Married with Children, Rosanne (barf).
Luckily, if it doesn't work right anymore, you can buy a universal remote for not too much money.
I'm done too!
It's over for another year.
I'll have to see if I can catch that 60 minutes episode! I avoid food flavourings as much as possible, but its in nearly everything. I want real food, not flavoured fake foods.
