I was going to suggest that gadget that I see advertised on tv - "NONO" - but after googling it, it's costly & there are mixed reviews on it, some even say it's a scam. Jeepers, sorry! Here I thought I had something that just might help you out my dear, sweet, hairy friend!! lol xxx
Wonderful story! Funny, I'm looking into my heritage on Ancestry - my Great grandmother (Mary Malone, go figure) was from Ireland. I also watched a program on the History Channel Friday night called "Death or Canada." It was about the immigration of 1,000's of Irish to Canada (Toronto in particular) in 1847 due to the famine in Ireland. Things weren't much better during the journey or arrival here -most of them were infected with typhus (typhoid fever)-many died - very sad, very sad . . .
What a wonderful idea! I have some forsythia, it's early here yet, but I think I might go out & clip off a few sprigs & see what happens. Thanks xxx
Yes, the scarf does look like tie-dye! and it's unusually beautiful! Ontario is having it's first 25C day (after 2 days of torrential rain) - kind of surreal - nice but a shock to the system xxx
Today is Sunday & I can't believe how warm outside it is! We had severe rainstorms (thunder, lightning, hail etc.) a few days ago, keeping the sump pump busy until things dry out. It kind of sends one into "shock" though with the extreme temp changes. Enjoyed reading about all the good stuff from your garden that you're still enjoying Randy. The word up here is that it's gonna be a dry summer. We'll see xxx
Concentrating on your perfect health Dude . . . please feel better soon - sending special love your way
I really liked this song & video Fredo - gave me goosebumps . . .
Thinking of you Jeri
Hi Maria, this is my first visit to your blog & I'd like to comment on your photos of Bali - they're absolutely wonderful! & thank you for sharing them with us. I don't travel as much as I'd like and write an eclectic, occasional blog. Perhaps you might like to check me out too. Cheers
It's always sad when someone passes away - no matter how old or their station in life. I remember going to see the Monkees in Toronto,ON back in the day - that's when I was a real groupy RIP Davy . . .
Excellent pictures!! He looks much larger than the ones we have around here.
You can do it Dude !!
You've just reminded me that it's time for a Lady Clairol fix for me too . .my hair is extremely short, just got it trimmed on Monday & I'm tempted to let it grow out to see just how much white is under the ash blonde. I know I have a "shock" of white at my right temple & it looks kind of nice . . . haven't made up my mind. And, if you're vain Jeri - SO AM I !!!
You must be doing a lot of things right Randy - carry on
Best of luck to your daughter . . . and as for you - keep on keepin' on
