Hi there! first of all, thanks for reading my blog! I've also "befriended" you here & I'll check in on your writings from time to time. You sound like a younger version of me! Before I had kids, I had cats - always 2 at a time. I love them. I like dogs too but not as much as cats. There's something about them. However, since the passing of my 18yr old tabby a few years ago, I'm reluctant to get another. I don't want the responsibility of their care not to mention, I get too emotionally attached to them . . . . xxx

Last night was the 2nd frost warning we've had up here. None of the plants on the back patio have been nipped but I did bring in my gardenia plant/bush just in case. When I see pix that you post of the river etc., it reminds me of my back garden & creek - beautiful! I'm waiting now for the maples to change color so I can get out & take pix. Enjoy, it's a lovely time of year. xxx P.S. Good luck with the tomatoes ;)

Wow! I'll be coming down next June to berry pick with you! I'll probably eat more than I collect but what the heck!
