We've had lots of rain this spring. It has been coming down by the buckets. I'm happy for the rain as it is providing us with lots of green pasture for the cattle. The whole countryside is beautiful with green grass and grazing cows.
JR is off on a truck trip and I am home enjoying the quietness and peace of ranch life. I do have a caregiver who comes 2-3 hours per day to help me with a little cleaning, laundry, and meals. She is a very nice gal and I enjoy her company.
My back is really improving, but still I wish it would just be completely well. I still have some days when I stay in bed with an ice pack.
I ventured out to try a new church on Sunday. There is a little rough and tough western town near here and they have a Calvary Chapel church. For you who don't know, Calvary Chapel is a non-denomination church that grew out of the Jesus Movement of the 1970's. Well... it seems we have a lot of transplanted Hippies in this area and so they have quite a group of Calvary Chapel people. Everyone was very friendly and so I will go a few more Sundays and I may decide to keep going. Although... the folding chairs were rather uncomfortable.
Hope ya'll have a great day. Love ya lots!!!! Annie :o)
