Hell Just Froze Over

When I last posted during the night at about 2am, it was -2 degrees. It is now after 9 am and the thermometer on the back porch is reading -10 degrees. Now, I'm sure hell has frozen over. It is sooooooo cold. I still have to go down to the corrals and check the livestock water. I'll bet everything is frozen up solid. What a mess!

JR... please come home quickly!!!!

The weatherman says this morning that your bitter cold Arctic air is moving east. I'm bundling up in preparation! We got a bunch of snow last night, too. Sending love to you and your hungry cows. Wishing JR a safe trip home.

Oooo. It turned really cold here overnight, but not that cold. I started snowing about an hour ago. Supposed to be only two to four inches.

When it gets that cold, all I want to do is hunker down inside the house and can't even think about business matters. It was snowing here in Las Vegas yesterday and I didn't accomplish a thing but finish a book.
