Mr. Flu Bug has moved in with me. He brought a lot of baggage, too. I've got a sore throat, temperature, tummy hurt, and I'm staying awfully close to the bathroom today. Why, I didn't even invite this guy, yet he showed up at my door. Talk about unwanted company!!!!

Lots of vitamins C & D. Clear juice or water, volumes of it. But remember to starve a cold, feed a fever.
