The News-Press contact who turned my letter to the editor into an Op-Ed, indicated she would like to have more from me. So I had this essay on elitism and social programs incubating and I sent it to her and it will appear this week.

Then, in a rare spasm of techie intelligence, I took better portrait photos (the trick is in the lighting; I put a lamp on the floor with the bulb turned up to give me light from below). I successfully transferred the photos to the computer and retrieved them in Picasa. Then I found them when I was adding attachments to the e mail, and it worked. I sent her two.

I think the retention of a session I went through with my truly talented techie buddy, Nadine, is probably due to the current consistent use of my meditation tape. As mentioned, I go to sleep with it, and its brain wave patterns appear to interfere successfully with the panic attacks that were draining me.

It would be nice if I turned out to be a regular contributor. I will post the essay after it is printed, since they might edit it.
