Today went well. We made significant progress toward our goal. That doesn't mean I get to go back home earlier though.

I used my cell phone to take a few pictures today and emailed them to Dolly for her and Kitty to see. Why don't i just use the cell phone to send the pictures? Because it's not free to send them and the cell screen is so small.

I talked with Kitty after that, including telling her about the email. When she and Dolly looked at the pictures, that triggered a discussion of my travel schedule and that led to more crying. I know the total time away is greater than the usual trips I take, and the upcoming one is longer by itself. She's being very sensitive this time.

There are going to be more short trips like the one this week. I hope they don't come stacked on top of other travel again.

We were out here in Aug for a similar trip. Back then the weather was much different. The temperature was about 100deg F, it was dry, dusty, and windy. This week it's in the 60s and cloudy, but still windy, so it's cool out there. Everyone was cold after spending the day in that.

Don't have much else to write about. The day was filled, so not much time to think about anything else.

One of the guys needed to print something on the hotel's printer in the lobby this evening, but it wouldn't work. I was called over to check it out. They had a completely different printer installed than the one that is connected. Strange. Anyway, the right one is installed now and we printed the document. No problem.

Tomorrow will be another day just like today, but perhaps we will be finished for the day earlier.
