Just learning to walk again following a change in my shoe prescription. I shall return. Meanwhile, does anyone know why if my spine is being altered, my arms hurt too?
this getting older is not for the faint of heart.

For what it is worth--I have had congestive heart failure--an aorta valve replaced--COPD--PAD--and I'll still take being old over being a teenager today!

Maybe because you're using different muscles and nerves? Are you using your arms for balance? Getting old is the pits.
