Hi folks! This is currently my favorite shirt, and it tells you all the things I’ve never said, and explains why I am so rarely online. I love cats, but by virtue of having lived with so many cats and dogs over the years, I’m allergic to animal dander. So I own paintings and photos of cats. Much of what I DO in my life is read books, listen to books, reread books. When I get up in the morning, I’m up and showered before I start making coffee. I have some nice cups and mugs. My favorite mug has a Pangolin on it. They are armored anteaters, and look like baby dinosaurs. I read a lot of History, and Herstory, Science Fiction and Fantasy, and we’ll written mystery novels & short Stories. Dorothy Sayers and Conan Doyle are my fallback favorites. I read everything. When I was a child, I read cereal boxes at the breakfast table. My mother and Father were both voracious readers, but made a house rule against books at the table. In my house there are two mason jars, side by side. One bears the label: “Cuss Jar” the other jar bears the label “ Talking About History when Nobody Asked.” There are a few coins in the cuss jar. The other jar is frequently full. When it’s full, I buy another book, naturally.
