Stability in Question

So I signed up for an online Boot-camp and the videos require the use of a stability ball.

So I pull my old one out of the closet and air it up on Sunday. It works for two days and then deflates, loudly, and freaks out the kitty cats. So I go to Target and buy the cheapest one they have because I'm on a budget. Last night I spent an hour trying to inflate the new stability ball. A workout in itself and the cheap ball refuses to expand.

So I'm off to another store to buy a new ball and I'll return the cheap one to Target later.

There are definitely much worse problems to have.

LOL

*sigh*

Congrats ON loosing 55# in the previous year, did you loose it on the "boot camp" video method? Am embarking on a healthier lifestyle myself, just wondering. Watched most of the linked - free internet videeos, chose a different plan myself. As far aS LOVE LIFE, am searching for that etherial connection myself; fight soul deflation, but worry not about a 5# gain.

I remember inflating mine WAS like a work out in itself! Maybe I should deflate it so that I have to work out... Best of luck!!!
