I've been incorporating it into my weekly routine. Because one round is about 9 minutes, it's easy to do at home or at the top of the canyon on my weekly hike/jogs in the picnic area. You just need a wall/fence and a chair/picnic table/bench. I also downloaded a fancy timer app that counts off the 30 second intervals for me with a 10 second break in between.

So far, got me some sore muscles. Must be working!
