... Sorry, I just don't blog enough anymore.

I can't even begin to think of what to tell you, the few, that still read my blog.

I've been working at a Special FX Makeup Shop on a big movie to be named since November. (I signed a non disclosure and will be able to reveal the name once trailers hit the internet, movie theaters and tv screens everywhere ... next year. The movie will hit theaters in May 2013. Trust me, I'm dieing to tell everyone!)

But this week we switched gears in the shop and are working on make-up prosthetics for a boxing movie. Lots of fake swollen eyes and fat lips. I'm the office girl and keep everyone on schedule, help organize the bills and answer the phones. And while this might sound boring, I work with some great people in a fun, creative environment.

Today could be my last day, but I have said that every week since mid-February. I must be doing a good job because they keep asking me to come back to help out. The job pays well and even part time is better than an EDD check. I learned to stop asking when my last day was a while back. This job that might have ended after three months has lasted six months and just keeps on going!

Either way, I'm happy for the work but once I have some official down time, I have a living room to clean out, re-paint and re-organize. The walls have been the same color for almost 12 years and I NEED A CHANGE!

Looking forward to reclaiming my relaxing space while also getting my office-soft body back into shape!
