Since I'm coming out of my funk, thanks to the online bootcamp and doing all five videos again last night, I feel like bragging. It's a new year and I really need to celebrate it. I'll start with a recap of the last year.
2008 Accomplishments: 55,000 crunches done 1551 dollars raised for charity 325 miles run 80 spin classes taken 53 yoga sessions completed 12 more months staying cancer free 10 additional pounds lost 4 races finished 1 year anniversary celebrated with Thom
Goals for 2009: *Run 4 more Half Marathons *Hike the Grand Canyon *Lose 5 pounds *Learn how to ride my new bike in city traffic *Ride my bike to work 2 days a week, starting in the Spring *Seriously consider running a marathon in 2010 or 2011
Another reason to celebrate is that I surpassed my goal to raise $500 for my first race this year, my second Half Marathon. It was not a requirement to raise money for their charity to race but it feels good to use my powers for good while doing something that I have grown to love, running. Thank you, you know who!
2009 is going to be an even better year!

Milk after exercise - thanks.
You are truly an inspiration to the rest of us. I just bought a bunch of exercise videos from Amazon for days that I can't go to the gym. I had no idea that you slimmed down to a size 4. That is crazy!!! So proud of you!!!
I didn't know about the absorbing related to exercise, but real food is better than supplements.
I'm working at weight training, but until I do another scan in the summer (one year on), don't know. Bones are slow adapting. Thanks for asking.
You have achieved what I can only dream of. Awesome accomplishments!
