So I blogged about "hitting the wall" this morning to share my whole training experience for my charity 10K. It's been tough learning how to run. Funny, you'd think running would be a human instinct.
I think by now, y'all know that I'm crazy in the head.
I am trying to rest between runs... but this word hasn't really been in my vocabulary for more than a year now. Neither have the words "Give Up". So hitting the wall this morning was super frustrating and weeping because of it let out so much pent up stress that it was really good for my soul.
I promise to put my long term health first - my goal has always been to be the healthiest and happiest me.
But my newest goal is to finish this 10K, and if that means that I'll have to walk/run it, I will.
Thanks for your concern, I know, y'all have my back.
