This is my 100th post on mybloggers. I also completed 100 miles tracked on my nikeplus ipod this past weekend:

I'm so glad I got that thing. It makes training that much more satisfying. And right now my whole body is super sore from training. I tried an ice cold water bath last night and soaked my legs. Next time I need to soak my whole body and maybe get some Epsom salts. Yes, at 35, I'm an old woman LMAO! I've heard that ice baths and Epsom salts help sore muscles.
The only problem is that I have a cat that wants to play in water and Sarge wouldn't leave me alone in the tub last night. He kept pacing the edge and sticking a paw in here and there. LOL! At one point he was balancing on my knee and trying to drink the bath water. I just laughed until he started to dig in for balance. Ouch! When I drained the tub he jumped into the remaining inch deep water and investigated the drain. He was completely fascinated. And I thought the whole thing was hilarious.

But I am confident that I can stick with my training and be fully prepared for the Half Marathon in 51 days.
I also thought since this is my 100th post, I might reveal TBD's name since I've been seeing him for quite some time now. And Thom literally just called to see if I could meet him for lunch. We've been dying to try the Creole place near my work but it's always closed for "catering." I guess they need more employees.
Mmmmmmm, deep fried catfish... I hope they're open today! *wink
