My cat is unique.

I know a lot of people say that about their pets, and it’s probably true. In my case, friends have commented on how there are things my cat Jaxy girl does that they’ve never/rarely seen other cats do.

For example, Jaxy girl likes to “groom” me — specifically my hands and arms — whenever she can. She would do this all day if I let her.

She also licks my forehead if my face is close enough to hers. Again, she’d do this for eternity if allowed.

She seems obsessed with human hair - she'll crawl onto my neck when I'm in bed and knead and suck on my hair.

Every so often she’ll stick her tongue out. I’m not sure if it’s directed at me or the world in general, but it cracks me up every time she does it. I’ve tried to snap a photo of her doing it, to no avail.

I'll find her in the strangest of places. She'll simply disappear for hours at a time, somewhere in the house. I freak out because I think she got out, but later on I'll find her -- under a pile of laundry clothes, in a cupboard under the kitchen sink, behind the TV, or lately I've found her in the strangest place of all....laying in the bathroom sink! Cat's really are from another world. Sometimes I'll find myself having a stare-down with her. She usually always wins,too.
