I've been MIA from this blog for a while now -- school, friends, parents, work, etc. It's all overwhelming me at the moment.

But I did have an interesting week! I was paid $150 for babysitting two weeks, but most of it went to gas. And then the rest to a concert and a present for my sister. So now I don't have any money. But I don't mind, I don't need to buy anything. I turned in an application at Applebee's and I'm really hoping to get the job, and if not, no biggie, I can apply at other places for seasonal work.

Yesterday was to be my lazy day, but I ended up babysitting at 6:30 in the evening until 10:00ish. I was very tired - the kids watched movies while I studied.

And for today, we didn't have school! I was going to get my hair cut, but I had to babysit again. It was very tiring because they are always so restless! But they are fun to be around.

Next week of school will be crazy. We are having half days Tuesday and Thursday because of teacher conferences, Monday, Wednesday and Friday are the only full days of school. And I'm hoping to have a bonfire with my friends Friday night, and Saturday I have a date, nervous and excited. I hope it goes well. I would love this week to go by fast!
