My Winter Wonderland

The weatherman reported we might get a flurry last night, but clearly the under-estimated the volume. This image was taken in my garden about 10am this morning. I felt it was a perfect winter scene, it was so pretty.
They predict more snow, but.... they said it will be heavier than last nights fall. It has started again, just whispy flakes here and there, likethe calm befoe the storm.

Bedrock went up Boffins this morning to take the breadmaker and heater to them - if he didn't have the 4x4, he could not have tried it!
Do yu know that even the Neath, Morriston, Singleton and the hospital you attended once or twice in Cardiff, were shut to 'out-patient' appointments?
I had to phone the warfarin clinic, to find out what my INR levels were as I haven't had my 'book' back yet (due to the postman [or rather the 'lack' of one] ).
I will phone Neath hospital before we leave for there on Tuesday morning, to make sure they are, open!!!!
In all my life, I have never know such 'UK wide' disruption! (Wonder if, it is the precursor of anoter ice-age - don't laugh - we have had a few 'mini-ice-ages' in the UK - the last being in the early 18th century!!!!!
Keep warm and off of your feet!!!

I wish I could Mary, but I'm grounded. I'm not allowed outside the door even to put out the trash with my leg as dodgy as it is! I haven't even finished the Christmas shopping - I'm so behind this year.

Oh absolutely - The more technical they get - the more mistakes they're making

Thanks Jon. I'm going to hang this image on my living room wall. There's not many of my own images I'd hang, but this one will take pride of place. I love it.

So beautiful. Get those men in your house to run out there and put up some Christmas lights so when it snows some more you can take a picture for next year's Christmas card. Easy for me to say, right?

LOL that would be a fab idea too! I was thinking of creating a 'Jigsaw' what do you think?

It started with us last night - it was a few inches thick when we went up to bed, but come the morning it was 'thick'!!!!! More to come apparently.
