Telephone Banking, it is a joke isn't it? I mean, they can call 'YOU' up on the phone, and insist on making sure 'You are who you are' by asking a series of 'tedious' security questions, we've all been there! Well I learned of how to make the whole experience a little more entertaining, this method never gets old. The next time your on the phone to your Bank and they ask you 'Would there be anything else we can help you with" SAY YES. Tell them you would like to change your security queston! Tell them you would like to change it too:
'How much money would you like us to transfer into your current account ???

You know what I would say LOL
