I didn't have much hope for the weather today, because first thing this AM there was some frost left over from last night. But all said, it did turn out to be a lovey warm spring day - lovely weather to go walking the dog. If there's one thing I hate and that's being stuck indoors; to breathe in all that fresh air, fantastic! Great way to burn off all those extra pounds too, that have accumalated since the operation. It's nice to be finally 'doing' something about my weight, you can't sit on your arse all day complaining about how fat you are and not get up and do something about it, can you! Always keep pushing and work that fat off that's what I say. It's the only way to speed up yur metabolic rate. That said, time to get on the rowing machine and beat my belly bulge!
