Wow... that is an interesting choice. I guess it makes sense, considering their beliefs, but why include the picture at all?

What a beautiful wedding picture. They make a lovely couple. Thanks so much for sharing.

I am a little fearful about seeing this one. The novel is meant to be a really major critique on society, and Jack Black tends to play silly. I do enjoy silly, but I just can't imagine that the satire of the original can stand under those conditions.

I think your choice for me is really an honor. Thank you!

You are right. I think the difference is that thanks to the baby boomer bubble and the longer life span, the ratios are shifting the numbers on an even greater level. Older adults and seniors vote at a higher rate, but there numbers are also shooting up in comparison to the same age range as it was 10-20 years ago. Similarly, young adults, teens, and children populations are shrinking in relation to what they once were.
In libraries, one of the big trends is finding more specialized programming and services for seniors and older adults because they are increasingly active and wanting more services.

I have been having the same problem with getting the gumption to right on here again. I am just too pooped to do it when I get home for the evening.
I am so excited to hear about your falling in love with cooking. That can be so soothing and fun for people.
We do our grocery shopping at a Walmart near our home, and the employees there seem to like it. It always surprised me since your experience seems to fit a lot more with what I have heard about the company from other employees (current and former).

I love the picture!
I wish In could get back into the routine of blogging regularly again. I am just so pooped by the time I get everything done in the evenging that I just settle into the couch and watch tv or read. I don't have enough oompf to write.
I have seen Under the Tuscan Sun, and I liked it a lot. I am not sure how reliably it presents the book, but it was really enjoyable.
I hate to pack. It is the only part of traveling I hate!

The car looks great!
I am so glad that you enjoyed the play. I have never seen it on the stage, but I have a feeling that it would make for a great show based on what I have seen of the films.

Take care. Sometimes our body just crashes, forcing us to get the rest we need. I am glad the nap was helpful.
I have never had Rice-a-roni, but have always wanted to since it was always a prize for the game shows in the 1970s and 1980s. I should just break down and give it a try.
