Awe, I am sorry lady!!! I understand the world being a complete downer lately, it REALLY is terrible all the crap happening on the daily in the US. This probably isn't helping.

There are indoor ways to release energy. Look into nosework - all you need are treats and empty contains to play with him. It doesn’t seem like much but it will wear him out! I also had a pole toy with a stuffed animal at the end that I would play with with Kraymer when I was in my condo. Just a couple ideas! As for your sis in law and bro in law, well,

Do you follow Amy Siskand? She helps me stay sane by reminding us all that the new normal IS NOT normal.
I get daily phone calls offering insurance of some sort. When I block a number they call back with a similar number. It’s annoying! I would def turn that guy in who worked on your computer!!! You would be saving some other poor soul, I’m sure.
