Ha. It only rained here... and it still is raining.

Ah yes, the old "single finger salute." I'm sure we won't ever grow out of the dealing with idiots, so I get the feeling it will still happen every once in a while!

You ever hear of SAD (Seasonal Affected Disorder), it has something to do with the amount of sunlight and a deficit of Vitamin D. Sounds a lot like what you are describing. M used to get it pretty bad when we lived in Northern Michigan. Get a couple of those full spectrum light bulbs and spend a few minutes a day with a lot of light on you. It might help!

I agree. Completely! I can find no fault in your post and I've wondered the same thing about her children.

Foghorn in a noose? Chokin' a chicken? Yeah, I got it! I'm up to 5 tats, but I'm thinking of getting a whole sleeve done sometime in the future, if I ever get the $s!

Here in east Tennessee I swear that blinkers are taken out of the cars at the dealership 'cause no one uses 'em here. To tell the truth, I've had to play "Dodge the Idiot" on my bike more often with young drivers than elderly. I can deal with slow, just not stupid drivers.

You oughta go to yer in-laws with the family. Lord knows I don't much care for mine but it all take perspective to know what ya have is good! Sometimes butting heads with the in-laws will make 'em respect ya more too.

Hey, did i ever mention in the old place (Blogster) that I think I met you years ago in Saginaw? At Fashion Square Mall? I watched you cut a coin into (I think) the Statue of Liberty.

I had to double check your 10-20 (home location for the non-CB lingo people)but you're out of my range or I'd come and pick ya up me-self and take ya! Good luck.

For some reason this reminds me of the old adage: "If Momma ain't happy, ain't nobody happy."

Hi Laurie! Stopped by to see who had stopped by my blog. And I have to say, "GO TO THE UROLOGIST!!" My friend that I work with passed a "large" kidney stone and it tore up his ureter (tube from kidney to baldder) and he had to get two stents put in it to keep it from colapsing. he was in the hospial for a week.

Way tough time to be looking for a job anyhoo. But time will tell and someone will know you are the right person at the right time, so keep on doing what yer doing.

Believe me, I know what it's like to dread to go to work. I've found that just NOT dreading my job is a weight off my back, even if I don't actually "like" the job. I don't know what I want to be when I grow up (and I'm 36) so I take what I can get!
