Today was so good I went out and bought some lottery tickets for tonight’s drawing.

If you remember back to just before I was laid-off from my job I was trying to get involved in the new product line they were bringing to my plant. That would have involved making a few trips to the Netherlands in Europe to learn the product line and the set up of the machines. Well with the economy coming back, I was asked today if I would like to be on that project.

I will likely finish this semester and then immediately jet off to Europe for 2-4 weeks. Then I‘ll come back home for a week or two and then go back for 8-9 weeks! Once I’m done there, I get to come home and begin to setup the new product lines here in Tennessee! Since there will only be 4 total people in at the beginning of this project (I’m to be the fourth one!) I will be able to pretty much write my own ticket.

Damn. I’m kinda in shock right now. I wanna go bouncing off the walls and screaming, but I don’t know if this is really, well, real or not.

I’m kinda holding back because I keep waiting for the hammer to fall and break up this whole little dream I feel I’m in right now.

But… Oh God this would be so-o-o-o-o awesome!!!
