My uncle Jim Comer was 87 years old. His wife, Mildred, passed away in 2006, soon after I relocated to Ohio. I spent much time since with Jim. When I would go to nearby Findlay OH I usually asked if he wanted to go with me. We often liked to have lunch at Cheddars over there. Jim has a large family who will support each other over the next few days and beyond. Five grown boys/men and many grandchildren and some great grandchildren.
Jim Comer passed away yesterday, December 28, around noon. It was right after Uncle Paul and I had been in his room to visit. He had been at Autumnwood Care Center for about a month, near the room where my mother spent her last six years.
