If you could go back in time ONCE and do something differently, change something in your life (a single item or event or decision), what would you do?

Geez, just one? Got a list ...
gone to New York sooner and not have left when I did
reguards yer regretting in leasure pal bugg
I would not have compromised and would have always made better decisions more rationally.
I regret I didn't practice longer and harder on the piano. But golf (at age 13) seemed "funner".
If I could go back and change one thing, I would spend more time playing with my two boys and not worry about if I had a clean house.
I would have been more serious about college, found a passion, gotten advanced degrees, become outstanding in my field (instead of out standing in my field). Not that I'm unhappy or regretful now, but the different path might have been interesting.
I would have scoffed less at money. My mother's family is wealthy and hateful, so my attitude towards money was contemptuous. Would have learned earlier that it was not money that made them hateful. They just are.
i would go back and tell my dad I really did love him. Not sure if he knew that when he passed away so quickly.
If I knew then what I know now I would have done everything differently, but you have to deal with the hand of cards you are given and make the best of it..
Very hindsight 20-20, I would have listened to my gut and waited to get married....
I would have got back in the car and kept going.
wished that I had a mentor in my early life.Wanted to be an actor etc. College etc and more of a life in my youth. But all in all not bad what I had and what I succeeded.
I think I would have remained a non smoker instead of thinking I can always quit again... There are some other things of course but that one seems most share-able. Good question!
As I have said before I wouldn't change a thing in my life--not even the really horrible times--because they all led me on the path to where I am today and my life is the best it has ever been--I can only hope that other people find themselves as happy, as rich with friends and enjoying life as I do at 76!
This is an interesting problem. Some people would say that doing so might only make things worse. It would probably how I handled the breakup with my first real boyfriend.
Be careful, be very careful. The change could kill you and you won't be here to talk about it!
