I saw this story this evening on the news. Somebody from down yonder was good enough to put it on Youtube. I know that none of MyBloggerstown's teachers work like this. The reasoning seems more like what should be coming from the kids: "If you're mean to me, I'll get to be mean to you".
What does this woman need, sensitivity training? In all fairness, she's no worse than the nuns used to be 40 years ago, and all us recovering Catholics survived it.

Verry interesting. No tenure for her Good blog, jjoohhhnn. Where'd you learn ta spel??
I can't view Youtube videos on this computer, they have certain sites blocked..
But from what I have read on other peoples comments, that teacher would not like me at all if she were to treat my daughter like crap
I saw this on the news the other day.
Unfortunately I can't view it here, Youtube is blocked from this site. But I can just imagine. Being a teacher, I treat students with respect, and friendliness. I try to make each one feel special and involved. There are so many of us out there called to this profession and then there are those who just shouldn't be teachers. I mean, if you don't like kids, why are you in this as a career. I was called to take care of these kids and help shape them with good character. They see in me I hope someone who cares and someone who'll go that extra mile. I absolutely LOVE my students, even the difficult ones!
, wouldn't want my child to have that woman as a teacher
Holy cow! I thought I was being horrible for grumbling under my breath and then venting on my blog. I can't imagine talking to any student in such a manner. How can the kids possibly respect a teacher who has so little respect for them? I hope they don't put this woman back in a classroom.
This woman is too far gone for sensativity training. I'll bet the parents could sue for mental cruelty.
