...since my last post. My most sincere apologies. It's been crazy busy and blogging somehow gets pushed, often.
In recent news, Jenn and I joined a gym. This is very good news! We really want to get back to an earlier weight and our weak efforts weren't "cutting the cake". Hopefully, this new thing will spark a new attitude of health and fitness for us. I sincerely hope so.
I heard the Hunger Games on digital audio loan from the library. It was a fascinating "listen". Planning to read the other two in the series in a good old fashioned book. I like the feel of a book in my hand. It was good. Other reading includes the life of King David in I and II Samuel. Also fascinating, mainly because of the valuable insights into human nature offered there.
This weekend, while you all are playing, we'll be sanding and staining the cabinets and hanging cabinet doors in the church kitchen. I did my playing last weekend on a "convention-type" trip to Ohio. Some people were trying to hook my single brother up with some girl and I really wish they would have left him alone. He's twenty-four and people are freaking out because he isn't married yet. For crying out loud, he's just now getting to the age when most folks marry these days. The average these days is 28+.
Well, that's it for now. Take care.
