Maybe.
It's 2:30am and the nieghbors, the noisy ones, the ones I called police on last weekend, are playing basketball in the street and shouting at the top of their lungs. One of their missed baskets woke me and I'm fit to be tied. I don't think the police ever came last week at my complaint over their loud music. I don't remember it ever stopping until by force of necessity I was finally asleep.
I want to move. They are foul mouthed (in extreme) and loud and rude. I don't mind them filling the street with basketball games during waking hours. At least they aren't out being hoodlums, stealing and what not. But 2:30am and screaming "F***" and "S***" and every other imaginable expletive and calling each other "nigga" just isn't where I want to raise my little girl. If I could I'd move to the country.
