I am so jealous! Alaska is definitely one of the places I plan on seeing sometime in my lifetime, hopefully before I get too old or cranky. The Deadliest Catch is an awesome show. Have a ton of fun and take a load of pictures!
I was baptized Catholic, but chose not to be confirmed with the rest of my 11th grade class. I tend to agree with some of the posters here regarding the option of having Skylar baptized into the Episcopal faith. Personally I no longer identify as Catholic, just spiritual. Blah..blah. I'm sure you and your husband will make the right decision for your daughter or just let Skylar make the decision herself when she's older.
Sounds like a great salad. I'd have to substitute Feta for another cheese though...not a fan of it, too salty for my taste.
I'm loving the multicolored glass sculpture of a octopus - very cool! The other photos are great, too. Ruby is still looking a bit anxious, but maybe with continued support and love from you and Mike things will improve with her. She's a very pretty dog.
I know Ella and Louis - no clue about the third singer. Maybe I'll look him up on youtube or something and listen to some of his music. It's about time I broaden my musical tastes a bit..
Sorry to hear about all the medical crap you've been going through -- hopefully things will work themselves out. How did you manage to split your half lower bridge? But, pancakes and ice cream eating does sound really good!
Great
I love these kind of real stories about the history of Australia. Must have been so different living there at that time.
Great video. I had no idea there were so many known gay/lesbian directors, actors, and producers out there! I'm a huge Gus Van Sant and John Cameron Mitchell fanatic. I'll see anything that they've directed. By the way, nice pic of you on front page. You're very handsome. Do you and your husband live near Hilo, where the Earthquake hit?
My mom always wanted me to take ballet when I was little. I've taken yoga for a year, as well as fencing back in high school - both are good for balance and toning/strengthening muscles. I agree that its important to have a body that's properly balanced. Interesting post.
Sorry about the pain and breast feeding problems. Hang in there! Skylar is so cute. What color eyes does she have?
My Mom and I will be watching it! I love me some NPH, he's an amazing host for the Tony's. So glad they got him again. I'll look forward to your post on Monday.
Those courses sounds quite interesting, especially the Anthropology one! Back in high school I took a course in Cultural Anthropology and it was one of my favorite classes. Hope you enjoy your class!
I'll have to show this idea to my Mom. Crazy idea, but so cool!
Sorry to hear about what's happening in your life. Glad to hear you had a wonderful time with Fredo and Mike though.
