Mid Week Doldrums

Good Wednesday Evening MyBloggerstown:

Not a whole lot going on here in Devil's Asshole. We are getting some of that storm system that is stretching across the country from Texas to the east coast. It has rained here for the last two days and we are under yet another flood watch. Fortunately, I am in a high ground part of town so I am relatively safe. Ya pro'ly won't see me on the nightly news clinging to the roof like those poor folks out in Indianna and places. If ya do, I'll be sure to fish my "BUGG FOR POOBAH" yard sign off the lawn and place it where the news helicopter will see it.

We haven't made any concrete plans for Easter Sunday. I talked with Crazy Sis today and she said she'd planned on calling Jethrene later today to finalize things. This is so unlike us. We usually have these holiday get togethers planned weeks in advance. And especially since this one will be special in that it is the last holiday we will have with Jethrene and the babies before they move. We still have to shop for a nice ham and Easter baskets for the babies. I guess we're all pretty much bummed by the fact that they are leaving and are wallowing in our despair and despond. I know I am. I just haven't felt like doing diddly since Jethrene broke the news.

Watching a spring training game on the old boob tube. New York Hankees (yes, that's Hankees) vs. Pittsburg Pirates (haven't thought of a funny name for them yet. Not real crazy about either team but it is baseball. Current score: Hankees 8, Pitt 6. Hope they took care of all that steroid mess, although I am not gonna hold my breath for that event. Ordinalrily I would be watching political news on CNN but I am soooo sick of all that crap. It's s.o.s. every friggin' day. It used to be exciting but now its just annoying. They're all a bunch of lying, cheating, power hungry scumbags. And that's just the news pundits. So, I'm givin' it a rest and relaxing with America's passtime...no not that one, the other one.

Well, the new tennet moved into Precious Snowflake's apartment. Seems relatively quiet over there, which is all I care about. Hope this one isn't a little dipshit. I've had more than enough of them, thank you. Cleetus and Maybelleen are out of town till after the holidays. They gave me the number of their daughter and son-in-law in case of fire, flood, lightening strike, or any other such catastrophy. Maybelleen said I was the only one she gave the number to and not to give it to any of the other tennents. Jesus, I hate this. That makes me responsible in case something DOES go wrong. I don't wanna be responsible. For anything. This so blows.

So, that's about all that is happenin' here. I don't know wheather my heart condition can stand all this excitement. I really need to calm down.
Have a good rest of the week, everyone.

Did you read about Hillary schedule in the paper?
From the time that she was in the white house.
The first lady I mean.

You know watching that is like watching an ongoing soap opera! Will Obama get the nomination, Will Hillary reveal her true love? STay tuned tomorrow... As the Stomach Turns...

Dear Buggs, I hope that you remain on your high ground and stay dry and safe. The rains finally moved from here late yesterday with the sun finally showing its wonderful face for a while before the twilight set in.

The ex-gov of NJ, his wife and chauffeur had 3somes--the new gov of NY and his wife both had affairs--it's time to come out and tell everyone about the boy toy and the new young one you are having move in upstairs--or are you going to be the celibate president????
I know you are going to miss the kids but we will be here to give you the love!!!

Now Buggs,
Take your heart medication. You know I have people calling, wanting to do the "Buggs for President" movie. ( Most saying Angelina wants to play the role of Honey J. Buggs and will kill to get the role)
Take heart on the move of Jethrene. It may be the very kick you need to get you out of the apt. more and onto the campaign trail,we were need you.
Did you and Mr. Bill ever go to a Yankees game when you were in NYC? Never was a baseball fan until I saw the Red Sox, then the Yankees play a game, all in the same year. Nothing like a beer and a hot dog at Yankee stadium ( and you know I'm not a drinker)

Stay safe, warm, and dry. That storm was a doozy here. We had floods with high water rescues. We had funnel clouds, and 100 mph winds out at D/FW that canceled several flights, bad lightening but no power outages here this time. It rained and the wind blew for two nights and all day yesterday. Today was much cooler but with beautiful blues skies and bright sunshine. We even got to walk the pups tonight.
