I did take a half a Xanax yesterday afternoon and almost fell asleep right away for 2 hours--last
night, before bedtime, I took a pill and a half and slept for 10
hours!! I've been 'on edge' most of today but haven't taken a
pill--tonight I will try one pill and see if that works--undecided
whether to call my primary or wait until my appointment next week on
the 4th. I just don't like feeling 'on edge'.
Gino and I went over to Jill's and I got the finches to bring home--I had already gotten the tiels and budgie back--well their vacation is over and they are back where they belong!!!
For
some reason I developed a craving for a banana nut muffin so I
suggested we go to Panera's--guess what?? You're right--they didn't
have a banana nut muffin--I ended up getting a toasted bagel with cream
cheese and a diet soda--something just rubs me the wrong way paying $4+
for something that costs the place, maybe, just maybe, 50 cents!!! (Including overhead!!) And not getting what I want.
In
any case we have been without water for two days--they are fixing water
pipes all day--but we do get water at night--so I asked Gino to drive
me to Winn Dixie to get 3 gallons of water (mainly for the birds) and
guess what??? I bought a banana nut muffin!!! Waited until I got home
to eat it---loved it. (By the way, I had a choice of buying a box of 4
or an individual one--I bought the individual one--I am so proud of
myself!!! LOL)
Hoping the one pill works tonight!!!
A banana muffin does sound good, but I betcha I wouldn't be able to find one around here if I was looking for it...they'd only be there if I wasn't.
