It
was my first time eating here and I am giving it 4 stars because of the
service! (And I can kick myself for not getting his name!) I don't know
if this is the regular way they work but the young man (manager?)
behind the counter not only served our food but gave us refills on our
sodas and wanted to know if we needed take out boxes. If more 'fast
food' places did this I would eat in them more often.
While the
Chimichanga ($6.19) , one of 3 sizes, with chicken, and 2 Tacos with
chicken ($5.69)  wasn't the best I ever had it was good. They came with
sour cream, olives, cheese and Jalapeno peppers and served with a side
of chips or rice and beans. You also have a choice of corn or wheat taco
shell or soft or hard.  They do not charge for refills on sodas.
Summing
up my experience at Tijuana Flats the food was between 2-3 stars and
the service 5 stars. I would/will go back again just for the latter!
