being the thoughtful guy I am and not wanting you to lose out--besides my not being able to have your share--I thought I would tell you all about these 2 'events'!

THIS TUESDAY IS FREE CONE DAY at Ben & Jerry's stores.

ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT you can get a scoop of ice cream in a cone for 31 cents at Baskin-Robbins

Now remember, those of you on a diet--you go to only one store each night--no running around to 31 Baskin-Robbins stores or every Ben & Jerry's franchise within driving/walking distance!!

Hmm... But what if people walked to every Baskin-Robbins or B&J franchise in their city, wouldn't that work off the calories in between cones?

Too bad for me... we don't have either in our town.

Heck, even disregarding my diet won't hurt me that much. There's only two Ben & Jerry's within a reasonable drive from my house, one about a 30 minute ride in one direction and the other about a 30 minute ride in the opposite direction, meaning it would take me an hour to get from one to the other. And, the Baskin-Robbins that was in town closed down, so I'd actually have to search for one. (Something tells me I would have to go some distance to reach it and, if there is another one, it won't be a close drive to get to it.)
