In
this day and age most of us will call, email or snail mail a complaint
just to get it off our chests not really expecting a response or even
satisfaction. After writing a review last week I thought that would be
the end of it but to my surprise I received the following:

I
had no intention to go back and, in fact, we talked about eating at the
Quarterdeck in Fort Lauderdale before going to see “Wicked” in March at
the Arsht Center but because she took the time and effort to respond
and I know from experience that things can go wrong when opening a new
restaurant we have decided to go back at least one more time.
Now we don’t quite know what she means by ‘Please be our guest’--how do you interrupt that? :O)
