What's a birthday without an ice cream corn?

This
afternoon we are going to see "My Week With Marilyn"--review to follow
someday this week and then restaurant number 17 of the 19 on my hit
list--and you know I will be posting reviews of them. I must admit
'sticker shock' at the high prices in all the restaurants--and they will
be going higher.

This evening it will Texas de Brazil, an Argentine restaurant, which means a lot of eating--like it wouldn't otherwise. LOL

By
the way for those who didn't think I would do it--and would eat all the
cookies by myself--I did take a BIG plate of cookies down to the
breezeway yesterday to share with the meeting of the mindless folks!

While
the Leap Year Cactus didn't get 19 blooms it was like icing on the cake
blooming this month. I have been overwhelmed by the cards, gifts and
good wishes I have gotten--so far! Will definitely share--pictures of
them that is--in the coming week.

Just 1 day to our next birthday!
