Bloggers Are, Unintentionally, Funny

NO REFLECTION ON mybloggers--YOU FOLKS ARE SO MUCH BETTER

                   GreatMartin         GreatGayAuthor     Songanddanceman

For
those who may not be aware--and it is not a secret--I use 3 different
user names when I am blogging for different reasons/subjects.
GreatMartin is about me and where I have been, where I am and where I am
going. People (happy, satisfied, having a good life, having a life of
their own, sharing the good things, etc.,) either like me or they don't
(those unhappy with their lives, jealous, mentally sick, think they know
it all, teenagers, immature, etc.) and those who don't like Gays, Jews
and/or ex-Yankees, happy, satisfied fantastic beings!!!! LOL

I
started GreatGayAuthor to make people more aware of some of the best
American authors who were/are Gay and how much they have influenced
books, theatre and film. From that point I decided to copy and paste
important news items and posts regarding Gay people and subjects for
younger Gays to learn about themselves and for non-Gays to learn about
people in their family, friends, neighbors, political parties, church
goers--people they see and exchange pleasantries everyday.

Songanddanceman
was a place I wanted to post YouTubes of my favorite singers-- many
teens and young adults plus a few seniors may not even be aware about.
Also, being a theatre critic for 3 different New York web sites, and
going to Broadway touring openings I hoped to make people familiar with
the wonderful world of musicals.

It
strikes me as very funny the reactions I get from other people who
blog--recently someone said I was very controlling!! How does one be
controlling of another blogger? Deleting their comment? LOL  I don't
block anyone because I feel whoever wants to read my blog certainly can
as it is a public piece. I, also, feel anyone has the right to say
whatever they want on my blogs just as I have the right to say whatever I
want on theirs. WE both have the right to block or delete each others
blogs and/or comments.

The
one thing that really amazes me are the 4 people who keep a copy of
EVERYTHING I blog, post and comment on and about. That is beyond my
comprehension unless their life is so boring they have to be in mine to
make it worthwhile to get up in the morning. It is sort of the stupidity
of people who 'play' with the stars--what does it prove? What I really
find funny is when these people quote things that I have said that I
don't even remember saying or find so insignificant that it isn't worth
retaining. I have a hard time finding ('searching') post blogs--like I
want to repeat my 'Christmas' blogs from last year but I can't find
them--bet they could send me directly to them!!

Then
there are the people who feel they can call a group all sorts of
negative names, accuse the groups of horrendous acts, in the name of
politics but expect you to be friends with them otherwise. Yes I know
people can think differently politically and still be friends but they
are not verbally abusive as so many here are and then, two faced, want
to chat to you about your life--they had just called 'you' vile names
but you are suppose to ignore the name calling because they don't
mention you by name but call you, oh say, liberals, conservatives,
republicans, democrats with negative connotations--sort of, "I mean
everyone in that group but you of course". And let's not even get into
those hateful blogs about gay people as they hide behind religion,
especially those who hide behind "Some of my friends are gay" or "Why do
you have to throw it in my face" or "You choose that behavior" and the
rest of that garbage though I must admit I LOVE those whomaintain they
are not homophobic and yet all are afraid that Gays will 'recruit'
others to homosexuality or will destroy the institution of marriage,
etc.

As a waiter I have
often said, in jest, that I loved being one but I hated the
customers--in truth 99% of the people I waited on through the years were
good, decent people (and tippers) but there was always that 1% and I
could always turn that party/person over to another server. It is the
same with blogging and I don't have to read that 1% and they certainly
don't have to read me. Just as I have a long list of people that I
recommend other bloggers to read there is a long list of bloggers that I
don't/won't read--so what???

I
really do LOVE blogging--as I have said it takes the place of the 60
years of diary keeping I did--and I have come across many interesting
people I wouldn't be aware of otherwise. Hey how can I pick on my
stalkers? They are showing good taste!

Don't
know if I will be posting a blog tomorrow--though I have given myself
permission to skip a day now and then--as I will be going to the opening
of the touring "Rain"--a tribute to the Beatles--but I might repeat an
old one IF I can find the one I am thinking about!

I think your view about 99% versus the 1% is so true. Some people are just plain wacky!
