I had lunch with my Grandparents today. It was nice to get together with them. I don't do it nearly enough and they will be going back to Florida next week. Gram also lent me her looms for making doilies that she used to make when I was a girl...So another hobby is born!

I stopped at Target and got a few more clearance items, some of them Christmas presents. When I got home, there was only a little bit of time before I needed to pick up dd. But do you think I could find the keys that I just had to my car? I had to have my sister go get her at the last minute. Thank God she hadn't left for work yet. For the record I looked for those keys for about 3 hours (not marathon-like, but the majority of that time). On the 3rd time checking my car, there they were...down the right side of my seat. At least I have them. It would have been wayyyy more of a pain if I'd never had them and it actually wouldn't have been the first or only time that it had happened to me.

G is talking about his hours getting cut at work again. This happened last year too and it sucked of course. That is when I was working too.

Last night I had dd's open house and for many reasons it was waaaaay more difficult than I had anticipated. But because I want to spare you the additional whining...I'll leave it at that.
