I am thankful for all the rain we have been having this summer. However, it wreaks havoc on my allergies. Been having major issues with sinus problems and now a sore throat.
Last night at tae kwan do, kota stayed for two classes. The second class was very intense but there was still alot of giggling going on. There is another boy there, he is 9. I told his mom that I think our boys are twins. They act alike and are just so silly. Even their facial expressions are the same. What was really cool about the second class was there were a few high belts there. And it is just amazing to watch them. They look so fierce performing their moves. Kota's buddy Mr. Carl was there too. He is the 14 yr old black belt instructor. At one point they were playing rock paper scissors and whoever lost had to do pushups or situps. So we had dinner at 8:30 last night, sandwiches and chips. Today I will be making something in the crock pot! Maybe chicken and dumplings.
today is cleaning day once again. Kind of took a break yesterday. I took kota to his grandparents so he could play with his buddy Ashanti who lives two houses down from his grandparents. I have noticed little girls are very bossy at this age. LOL But Kota just goes along with her. And when it is time for us to leave he always walks her home. They really are cute together.
We have two parties for the 4th to go to. On the 4th daughter's boyfriend is having a pool party and has invited us to come. Then on the 5th we have my family barbecue at my sisters. I will not be swimming at daughters as I will not subject strangers to the sight of me in a swimsuit!
Now I really must catch up on all of you!
