What Do Women Want?

I think we all want the glass ceiling shattered. We want a voice in how many children we will have. We want polar bears and the environment protected. We do not want to be told that if we happen to love someone of the same sex, we cannot be married. We want sex education for our children.
We don't want a government that legislates morality. Don't let the poster child for all we don't want get into the White House.

I love being a woman and always have. It is not unfeminine to want equality.

What do they want ... was a catch phrase in the 60's, meaning, of course women, and the implication was we were never satisfied. Give us a house and jewelry and take us to dinner, why were we unhappy?. One particular male chauvinist acquaintance of mine was rolling his eyes and chortling this line and I said, "Everything, you twit. Move over."

"Poster child..." how funny even if it is so true!
Since you posed the question, let me tell you what this woman wants: A lover and best friend, and I no longer care about that person's gender (very duck-like of me, don't you think?)- More money, a self-cleaning house, a successful artist career... Hmm... seems my wants in life are not that gender-specific. What a disappointment I must be to womankind!
