My allergy storm has kept me inside for a week or so. Last time the guy mowed the lawn I made the mistake of opening the door right after and got a faceful of strong grass smell and particles. It's so nice outside some days, too, unfortunately.
My head feels a bit like a submarine and this is an interference because I have so much work I need to do. At first, I took Benadryl to control the sneezing and itchy eyes, and powered through by drinking coffee simply all day long. It was amazing how much I got done! But that isn't working now. I don't feel great, usually dizzy. Probably gave myself tachycardia with all the caffeine.
We've been building one website and soon another. I write just about all the content. For a break, I started looking at expired domain names that were open to register (since we are officially a domain seller) ... but this is a bad idea, because for me it's like impulse shopping at the drugstore late at night. I held it down to just 2 domains. One I just liked the sound of -- karakoa -- so I looked it up and it's a type of boat, an ancient Filipino war canoe. A major Philippines TV station built one for a historical TV series they made, and the boat was all wood and without nails, as the old ones were. Very pretty.
I got one other domain and it even has a hyphen which is normally bad. I don't care because I may use it eventually for a blog/store site for dried botanicals, essential oils and that kind of stuff. I always wanted to get in on some of that -- or a store selling supplements, because they are doing fairly well in general.
But my coworker is looking to move us into something else, and it's straining my nerves because it's bigger. I am such a chicken.
We went straight from summer (in December)to summer--we have been in the 80s and 90s all month so far.
