I am heartsick. Oklahoma has been won by The Daily Oklahoman and Faux
news. to you. Bad news for our schools and the desperate poor
who need medical attention.

I have no good reason to laugh about today's votes. As you've said, it is sad to think of what could happen to the poor. A second scary thing is that middle-class people are losing the ability to help them, because they're becoming poorer themselves.

I have avoided the news all day, and am afraid to look at our governor's race here in Colorado. With outside money, $100 million was spent on the campaigns here in this state. Just think how much childhood hunger, road repairs, or flood recovery could have been done with that money.

Yes. I wish all elections had to be done with public funds only, and within strict parameters. But of course this is the U.S....
