A few weeks ago I took my camera with me to the mall and photographed Christmas decorations. This image is from a sale rack in Macy's. I want to go out later today and photograph more Christmas scenes/things.

I have been making a lot of pasta salads lately. I use my own recipes- whatever sounds good. I figured that these salad might be even better if I used an actual recipe, so found one on line for "Greek pasta salad". It includes cucumbers, tomatoes, black olives, garlic, feta cheese, fresh spinach leaves, fresh basil... Sounds good, doesn't it? Well, I don't like it at all! Three quarts of something that I would just as soon throw out. I think I will go back to my bean salads and pasta salads that I make on the fly. I made some with garbanzo beans, onions, red bell pepper, and cilantro that came out really good. I don't remember what else was in it because I ate it all already!

I just deleted two paragraphs. I must stop whining!
By the way- I will miss Randy a lot.
