The silly things you do when you are a mom... and a grandmother.

I just googled a recipe for coconut cake... I'm making a "Bunny" cake for the kids and would love to use an old time recipe so it can be delicious at the same time.

What can I say? The kids wanted it so I will make it happen. ( That's what grandparents do... I bet even Hayduke would make a cake if those darling girls asked him too! lol)

I'm not so sure how edible it would be, but I sure would try! Now that you mention it, Alyssa and I have made homemade chocolate chip cookies on a number of occasions!

Awww that is so cute!! I remember when I was about 12 years old my Sister-in-law made one and brought it over to us for Easter Sunday. She colored the coconut green so it would look like the grass. So cute!!
