Zumba

So... this is what I have been doing for about a year now. So much fun. We dance and laugh for an hour... trying to do this 4 times a week. Burns 800 t0 1000 calories an hour.

A new grandson has come to us as of Jan. He is a doll and such a good baby. I am blessed.

Headed to Florida next weekend as Snapper season opens.

I'll have to try Zumba at home and work up to being good enough to do it with other people - sounds like a lot of fun. Is this grandson in the family that had the wedding we heard about a few years back?

no, this is a brand spanking new grandson. 4 months old. If I figure out how to post a photo, I will.. it's been a long time. Zumba is great!!
