Is it over Yet?

It seems like more and more people have been saying that they can't wait for this election to be over. The campaigning has just been going on for too long and it is getting uglier the closer the election gets. I am sick to death of these PACs who can say whatever they want, true or not. And the robocalls from states other than my own. A lot of my friends stood in long lines to vote early just to stop all the calls. Oh, well, two more days to go. Then the complaining from the other side will begin.

Woo hoo! Can't wait to see the outcome! Not that it'll solve anything much.

I heard there won't be projections until the western polls are closed. Sounds good to me.

We can soon all sigh a breath of relief. After 18 presidential elections in my lifetime, I'm actually hoping I'll live to see many more!!

A few more anyway.

It has all been too much. I take the paper for a variety of reasons but
it is so biased that I get all worked up when I read it.

My paper seems to try to present both sides in the letters to the editor. I don't know how many letters they get from both sides.

Have faith--the 2016 presidential election will start Wednesday Nov. 7, 2012!!!

I need to get my signs for the next election ready early, I guess.

This all goes on for far too long. A law limiting primaries to take place in a single month with campaigning only allowed for two months prior would make it better. Then have the conventions and after that the commercials, ads and robocalls for two months. Give the people a damn break, please!

Two months is still too long.

You get our election coverage there? That is really too much.

Some people take the dirty business too damn seriously and get too hostile. Aside from that, I let it scroll by. Not too many calls in NY. For some reason, Rmoney's people ran two ads during the news last night. He's 30 points behind in NY not a prayer, so I don't get the purpose. Oh well... two days...

We don't get the presidential ads or calls in IL. I wonder why....
