Stranger Danger
Don't we all talk to everyone as we get older, whether we know them or not? My grandson always asks me if I know that person I was talking to. I tell him No, but he can't talk to strangers until he is old like me. Last week we were eating dinner out, having a conversation about something in the news and a man at an adjoining table jumped into our conversation. We had a nice chat. After he left, grandson asked if I knew everyone in the restaurant. (I had already greeted a table of ladies that I used to work with and then another man I worked with came in.) I told grandson I did not know that man at all. It was just one of those getting older things. I remember my mother talking to everyone also. Maybe it is hereditary.
