Well I have gotten my third speeding ticket in a two month time period. It keeps happening in the same spot going the same speed. It is the cursed 44mph in a 30mph zone.

I am not the official "Cash Cow" of the Yakima motorcycle police.

Maybe I will get a plaque to celebrate and I will hang it next to my "Last Smoker on Earth" certificate.

So I have slowed way down. It has been hard and on that particular stretch I set the cruise control. It takes the edge off. I feel like I am standing still at 30mph.

How can you listen to rock music going 30mph? How can you satisfy your internal rage and transform it into road rage going 30mph?

You can not! I tried and it was like taking night quill then trying to start a fight.

I mean it is scary to flip off another driver and crawl around at 30mph. They can catch you!

So now I am listening to John Tesh talk radio and feeling peaceful and calm and I hate it. Well not hate while listening to Mr. Tesh more like slightly peeved.

I depend on anger. It is not only around to help others understand my exact feelings on everything ever said, did or even thought, but I need it for health reasons.

I mean that in the utmost seriousness. I have low blood pressure. I need some anger to get that blood pumping, that and salt. Loads of salt and as many annoyances as possible.

I keep one friend for the simple fact, one conversation with her can keep my anger going for at least 48 hours. There is nothing better than that little rush I get as soon as I walk away I think "I can't believe her! What a such and such!!!

She is my little life saver!

I guess we will have to talk more since I won't be able to get my fix on the road.

Oh I am calm and lightheaded. I think I better call her now and get an emergency dose!
