The fox is looking scruffy with most of his winter coat shedding off. Look at his poor tail. If this was the first time you ever saw him, you would think he was a young fox who'd wandered into the yard.

Quackers gets into his tub on his own now, in and out several times a day. He's a lot of fun to have around, but he digs holes in the lawn.

No new pictures of the cat, but last night we were sitting in the living room, and she told me her name is Eloise. I don't know how that works for a cat name, and we will probably eventually decide on the name we'll call her on a daily basis, but that's what she told me.
On the wildlife front: I saw a mink in the river the other day, just a glimpse. They are such a pretty dark brown. The beavers have been here at night, we've only seen them once or twice, but there are a lot of peeled willow sticks in the river, so we know they are around.
There was a deer next door eating the bushes this afternoon, and a bat has gotten caught by one of the lost fishing lines that is wrapped around the power line. Sometimes they can free themselves. We'll see how this one does.
I can see your cat as an Eloise. Listen to her.
